I have a question :/
On the badge flags does setting them JUST make them appear on the trainer card?
Or does it make the other ability of the badge set too.

For example the badge that allows you to use fly out of battle...

Yes, it works both ways :)
I tested it for the 8th badge and it enabled the use of Waterfall outside of battle.
I just included the flag being set and a message to go with it and that's all it took. Just try testing stuff out. Hands-on is a great way to learn, I figured out a lot of this stuff just by messing around to see what happens.

So.....this script will work right? It's pretty much done (other than filling in the other warp data) and it's meant to teleport you to nine different locations depending on how many badges you have. :3

Yes, it should, but you may or may not need an end command after warpwalk.
