National Dex, Lorelie, and Leaf Green

I was wondering in Leaf Green about obtaining the national dex early and heard that using cheat codes to get the national dex moves lorelie to 4-island which breaks your game.


I did this because I wanted to start with a wild hoothoot and evolve it and play through the entire game.


I used XSE to give the national dex as suggested by some XSE 101 videos early on using the flag "special 0x16F" on a person event in Advance Map.


Will my method also glitch lorelie? Can i clear the national dex flag to move lorelie once my pokemon evolve or is there a way to move her back to the Elite Four?
